The building was designed to have vast interior space with high ceilings. The first level of the building is 7,000 square feet with a 400 square foot second story/mezzanine for a total of 7,400 Square feet of efficient and useful space. Approximately 4,000 square feet of the building has a center ceiling height of approximately 30 feet. The structure was built to be supported by the exterior walls as to allow a wide open space and an easily adaptable floor plan. The structure was approved by the Township of Davion to expand an additional 5,000 square feet if ever needed. There are two separate HVAC units. The HVAC units can be managed remotely to control heat/air and humidity via smart phone. The entire structure has forced air heat and central AC. Built in 2006 by DCC Construction of Davison, and designed by Creekwood Architecture of Burton.
